Fall/Winter law clerks at Brandon Hornsby, P.C. are entrusted with the unique and weighty responsibility of working with cases from opening until closing.  Law clerks experience various aspects of pre-trial litigation, including drafting correspondence, discovery and other pleadings, communicating with clients and conducting investigations.  These individuals work closely with an experienced attorney who will oversee all of their work and give helpful advice on conducting litigation.  Thus, these individuals will learn each facet of litigation within a short period time, enhancing both their effectiveness as aspiring attorneys and their desirability in the marketplace.
